Lookin like a great time already!! Wish I could have been drinking some of the shots being pulled. You always know how to incorporate a good alround feel for these kind of events so I'll leave subject matter up to you. I do like to read on everyones shot philosophy and why it suits their needs better than another technique or theories(example-Paul Basset and his overdosing technique) Barista set-up are always fun to scope out as well as sig drinks. Haha ... PB has a few coffee programs in Australia where he uses a Sunbeam (el-cheapo domestic machine that he was hired to advertise). He doses the baskets until they're level with the top! Nice to see that the same applies to REAL toys!
