The service provided by independent merchants like Alan is doubly impressive when we see the time commitment it requires. It is too easy to take responsiveness for granded when we deal with somebody solely through the web.

I've just received some Australian Byron Bay espresso roast grown in NSW (New South Wales) brought to me by my sister. I'll add further comments when I've tried it but I had no idea Australia produced coffee.
