I presume this is the 'original' caffe rosto...
Anyway, the maker, Imex, can be thoroughly recommended. My Hearthware Precision died (for the second time) recently and I was desperate for a new machine. I live in Singapore - not a single home roaster in the country.
I sent e-mail to Imex and got a reply within hours. Yes, the correct voltage machine was available and could be dispatched in days.
But I mucked up the money transfer (or rather my wife and the bank did something strange) and managed to deduct the transfer fee (thirty dollars) from the amount sent to Korea.
But Imex sent the thing anyway and said don't worry about the underpayment.
After all I've heard about globalisation, companies that only care about profit, Enron, et al, it's great to hear there are people interested in providing a service to just one small customer.
And the machine. Arrived yesterday. Worked perfectly straight out of the box. More importantly, it seems much more sturdy than the HP. Proper coffee again...
Thanks Imex. Great customer service, and a very nice machine.
