Nice article Lou. But if you thought the roaster at supreme bean was big you should have seen the one I saw on a recent visit to Goppion Caffe in Treviso nr Venice Italy. They have two roasters each having a capacity of 50kg that's 110 pounds. They were computer driven by a PC with the companies roasting data learned through many generations programmed in, also very clean and smoke free. Sorry I haven't any pictures.

hehehe. Get the down to JJ Bean. They have what I believe i a 100kilo roaster (or it may be an 80kilo unit). That mudda is huuuuge. I think 10 people could comfortably it in the cooling tray. :)
