Double ristrettos had very nice clean floral flavors. This Sidamo is very different from the Blue Bottle Sidamo. Boat shaped beans look darker than light medium roast to me. Ristrettos were very nice with winey fruit. Some shots had perfume flavors which I've never had before. Nice after taste. Made my second visit on Saturday July 12 and had this very nice fruity Sweet Tooth espresso. Very unusual to have a fruity milk based espresso drink. I have to get used to this. I normally have macchiatos that have a strong chocolate espresso flavor.
