Thanks Jeanette,
The I-Roast looks very sleek and accomodating to most kitchens! I just might have to finally break down and purchase one of these puppy's and jump into some home roasting antics.

Hey guys,
Wow, what an intense two days. After competing fourth in line out of 30, and waiting over 24 hours to hear the results, I finally found out that I made it to the semi-finals!!!
I am so excited, and so pleased that even though my messy start and going overtime, I was still in it.
Not only that, but two of my peeps are in as well. Phuong Tran and Joe Raines, both of Lava Java, made it in. There must be something about that little whole in the wall cafe, that makes good baristi (I am formerly of there).
Of course I have to give props to Stumptown Coffee Roasters, as we three are using their hairbender blend.
Well... here we go. Please wish us luck at the semi's!!!
