Short of attending one of these events as either a spec or a competitor, is there any way that a packmule like myself can watch these barista competitions from the safety and comfort of my armchair?
Something like an enthusiast divXing his experience as a spectator or an scaa recording of the proceedings? :)
If i went to one of these events as a competitor, I'd love to do a bit more research first rather than jumping in and trying my luck (especially after reading someone's reply (sjames?) on how competition pressure is intense compared to customer pressure eeeep!)
