Temperature profiling and pressure profiling machines were the highlight of the show. It should be noted that Slayer Espresso will be making a one-group espresso machine for the home who's main featureset is pressure profiling...
Has anyone followed up with this? This stuff just makes me mad! Is there any contact information that can be shared here that fellow coffee geeks can send stern messages to letting them know that together we can make a pretty big stink about stealing another person's work. I have bought Hario glass products in the past, but if they are going to blatantly steal, I will no longer use their products and tell everyone I know not to do so either (and I know quite a few people :) )
