Best wishes to you. The space is beautiful. My husband and I fell into many of the pitfalls you describe, especially the permitting and building approvals. Unfortunately we were not able to keep our business open, despite its popularity. Maybe we will try again some day... Look forward to hearing more about your progress!

Your cafe is Awesome! I can see and feel the effort that went into it! Best of luck to you and your team!
I am starting a business myself. My team and I are working full-time jobs while at the same time doing a lot of research for our future company. Its been tiring yet everytime, I learn something new its almost euphoric!
Your article is like my morning cup of overextracted coffee (in a good way of course!) : Unexpected but great boost to morale!

Simply amazing, Jack. You did the work and produced something spectacular. Good for you for not half-assing it and going the extra mile to differentiate yourself. I have no doubt your cafe will be a huge success.
