Best wishes to you. The space is beautiful. My husband and I fell into many of the pitfalls you describe, especially the permitting and building approvals. Unfortunately we were not able to keep our business open, despite its popularity. Maybe we will try again some day... Look forward to hearing more about your progress!

I am starting a business myself. My team and I are working full-time jobs while at the same time doing a lot of research for our future company. Its been tiring yet everytime, I learn something new its almost euphoric!
