An Espresso Glossary
by Mark Prince

Due to way too popular demand (mainly in his email box), Mark is presenting a long researched "espresso glossary" that is part of the forthcoming Espresso Guide (up to 40 pages and counting!).

Hi Mark,

How about setting a trend here and writing the article using both imperial AND metric units.  The US of A is one of the few places on earth where people use imperial measurements, yet this site surely draws readers from around the world!
(I am writing this from the Czech Republic.)

Thanks for the glossary, I'm sure it will help out many people.

Regards,
tom m.

How about cafe americano, macchiato/cortado, etc., etc...  I guess you can potentially go crazy with the drink section.
