Thanks for mentioning our company in the July 17th Podcast regarding balancing siphons. I just wanted to clarify that our balancing siphons are on the website (espressovero.com) for under $200.00. The Podcast sounded like we were going to sell them for as much as $600.00, but that figure was actually just the top end price of MSRP for all balancing siphon-type brewers.
We were originally looking at around $230, but decided to lower the price to $195. These coffee makers are really interesting and fun and I want to make them available to as many people as possible.
