Hey all you coffee geekologists!!
I'm Dave, I've been roasting coffee for about 5 years now. I learned to roast on a probat L5, and I now use a Probat L25 as well as a hottop as my sample roaster. I'm a member of the roasters guild, and just a general coffee fanatic.
I've been bumming around coffeegeek.com for a number of years, and figured it was about time I signed up and started posting!!

Welcome aboard Dave. I'm an avid home roaster, I use a "Corretto" breadmaker, heatgun, thermocouple set-up and have been getting some fantastic results lately.

Yes, welcome Dave! I started years ago and have been through everything from Cast Iron Skillets to Gene Cafe's and am just about to install a Toper 1 Kilo Gas Drum.
