Ok I will, but I'll have to get the taller & deeper pots like you have Ian., to promote good root depth & developement without getting rootbound too quickly. The ones I have are too wide & shallow.

I've tried to avoid re-potting mine as it has to live indoors most of the time and I don't want it to get too big, not keen on bonsai-ing it.

I have trouble with a couple of banana plants that we grew from seed, the biggest is 8/10ft. tall now and is a bit of a pain to keep indoors over the winter.

PS  Don't even think about growing Kona from seed NOW unless you are in the Southern Hemisphere.  Spring is when grass "riz" etc.:)
