Subject: Opening a roasting business. how much?

I am looking into opening a coffee roasting business.
just would like to know from some pros out there how much it would cost to open a small plant.
Im not looking to anything relly big to start.
maybe a 7.5 - 15kg roaster to start second hand is fine.
what other materials would be needed and set up costs.
of course I would hire a roaster to take care of setup for my plant. My speciality is in sales in marketing in hospitality.
and I was thinking about opening a small roasting operation with the potential to for growth.
with the right brandname, marketing, promotion and sales. and OF GREAT COFFEE! I think I can have a small share of the local market.. not looking to take over the world. just enough to have a respectable profitible coffee brand on the market in my area.
how would it cost?
and some info please..
thanks..
if you would rather discusss in private email me.
