I really like Columbian Supremo, I use the Kirkland brand from Costco.

I like to experiment with different beans so any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanx.

Well, I see you are in the USA.  Luckily, there are a number of quality roasters in the USA as well.  I'd go to one of those roasters and ask them what they'd suggest.  Fresh beans of any sort are so gonna kick Kirkland's butt that it really won't matter much what you get, it'll be great.

What a difference a day makes.

I now have a local roaster and he has some great beans available, if you are in the metro Detroit area check him out.

So far my faves are:

Ethiopian Mokasida

Ethiopian Harrar

Brazilian Santos

I thought it was more like two years, seven months and two-and-a-half weeks, myself.  ;^)
