For a long time I didn't add much to the "pile on *bucks" threads. Then I watched that video shortly after posted. I thought at first it was the best spoof I'd ever seen!!! Then did some searches and realized it was REAL? It continues to completely baffle me. About the worst shot that could be produced with a LM and SJ and no take two? The Master? Huh? Still baffled

And to top it off he's responsible for opening the Starbucks "stealth" sites. Please tell me where not to go to get coffee.

Nearly everything that came from the mouth of that "master" was wrong! The crema sucked, the shots ran too fast, Espresso uses hot water, not steam like the "master" said, SB uses SUPER auto machines, not automatics, they do not grind in Majors but let the SUPER AUTO do that, he uses a plastic "throw away" tamper perhaps to make the customer feel more familiar, and much more than escapes me at the moment, about the only thing that was not an error was that he said eSpresso, not eXpresso.... he gets a point for that.

Just to jump back to the Blondes Do It Better topic, Starbucks is having free tastings in the US, starting today, running through Saturday. You can go in and try "all three" roasts - the Blonde, Medium, and Dark. Nothing says quality quite like oversimplification! Or FREE!

One thing about *$s is their drippy cups!!!!
WTF? I always get seeping drips at the seam, so sometimes I ask for a "Tall" in a "Grande" cup so it doesn't drip into my cupholder on the way to work.
I thought of another solution, so I did thoroughly enjoy this morning - I strode in, and when asked what they could get me this morning, I announced in a very loud voice:
"I WANT A TALL BLONDE - ROOM FOR CREAM"
The entire store, patrons and all, stopped and were quiet for a couple of beats... then everyone broke out in laughter.
I figured everyone would have heard that one by now, but apparently I was the first at this location.
:^D
