Here's one of my general set-up. I gave the presentation in my kitchen, plenty of room for the 18 club members to see what was going on and then I served the tastings (with some help) from the peninsula in the prior photo. I just pulled out the grinder and TV closer to the front of the counter and to the right a little bit so everyone could see.
