Subject: Cold brewed coffee recipes ?

Hey gang,

Any of you guys got any favorite cold brewed coffee recipes ? Not making the coffee, but more drinks you like to make with cold brewed coffee.
Also, is there a better resource out there for cold brewed coffee facts and what not than the Toddy website ?

Thanks in advance !

If you're looking for recipes, you might try the recipe section:
"Coffee Recipes"

But it's not well-populated.  I haven't had time, but I have a few recipes that work well for Hi-strength coffee (TDS% > 2%) or espresso (generally 5%-10% strength).

One of my favorites is Chocolate Ice Cream (decent serving) with about 15-30g of cold concentrated coffee added, one crushed Oreo cookie and a sprinkle of chopped walnuts.

Also works VERY well with Praline Pecan and cold concentrated coffee.

In general, cold brewed coffee can be substituted 1:1 to a double or triple brew ratio hot brewed coffee.

I haven't fully explored ground coffee as a dry rub component for meat, but the little I've dabbled is very intriguing.
