Does anyone experience a slight upset stomach after drinking brewed coffee that contains robusta? Whenever I have a blend that contains them, my stomach is slightly sour afterwards and I feel a little weak. Does this even make sense? Is there something different in the robusta bean that could have this affect on a person?

Underextracted coffee gives me an upset stomach.
Aside from the roughly 2x caffeine in robusta bothering you, I don't know of anything that would upset a stomach, especially in small concentration in a blend. The taste is definitely different though. Maybe the taste is just too off putting, or it may be an unbalanced blend.
Don't dismiss robusta completely, though. There are some incredibly good robustas available. I had a 100% Robusta ice brew over the weekend, and it was awesome.

Maybe it's an allergy. Don't discount allergies; I have 2 (that I know of).
When I was a student (60 odd years ago) I had a job with the now defunct Canadian Acme Screw & Gear Co, making steel studs on a manual screw machine. I would insert the blank rod with my forefinger and thumb and remove the threaded stud between my middle and ring-finger. After awhile, the freshly cut threads would abrade my fingers raw. Of course, the threads and my fingers were covered with cutting-oil. To this day, If I have any kind of machine oil on my hands, the once-abraded fingers will break out in a rash. Nowhere else; just those fingers ...!!
Then there is wine. I can drink most wines. But once in awhile there is a component in wine that makes me unbelieveably sick. If I drink wine I will take a tiny sip and wait 5 minutes. If it has that additive I will know immediately. It starts with a dizzy spell. One sip is OK, it goes away quickly. One ounce is not OK.
