While I'm not a fan of crazy dark roasts, I honestly enjoy the three "blond" roast (which are actually FC roasts) choices. When they are trying to get rid of them ($9/lb), or when I'm on the road, I really like the Willow blend or Veranda as a French Press.
Their Ethiopia Dry processed was sadly incinerated into French Roast territory - requiring me to clean out my grinder after trying a sample.
I thought their blonde was pretty awful, especially Willow, like no taste. However when they put out their Anniversary blend and Tribute blend, if I need something quick when I forget to order some beans, those two options are generally much better than their normal stuff. But they don't offer it year round.
Didn't have it from the store, made it at home when she grabbed it one day. Don't have a press, tried as espresso and drip, and for the hell of it in a Moka since my order didn't come in yet and figure might as well play with it lol. Was so bland. Think Tribute is out now, or the Anniversary? I know she'll end up grabbing one of those since she likes them even with the fresh roasted beans I order lol. I think there's another seasonal they do around x-mas time? Still not as good as roasters I use, but when they do those limited/special runs their way better then their normal stuff.
