What exactly are you looking for? There are aroma samples and taste samples available, along with the wheel you made reference to for wine. Check with the Barista Guild of America and they have training materials and classes. Jason is a wine guy also, hopefully he will chime in here soon.

Interestingly, one IP chaser puts our OP in Massachusetts, another in Carlsbad, CA. This appears to be another of the "I want to learn about" posts that nice folks reply to sincerely, but the OP never returns. If he does, I'll stand up like a man and take his slings and arrows! :>D
