I went a few years back and was not terribly impressed; was hoping to see more coffee and coffee related items..ie espresso machines, coffee makers, roasters, etc. Instead it was all mostly tea and arts/ crafts. The only big company there was Green Mountain promoting their personal coffee makers. The prices for items were sort of on the high side if you were looking to buy a pound of coffee. The big show is the one held at the Izod Center, but you have to be in the business of coffee to attend that one.

The show is much different now. Last year, there was a sold out attendance and the North East Regional Barista Competition was held at the event. Coffee roasters such as Dallis Bros. Coffee were among the roasters in attendance. For this year's event, there are several programs on coffee including: Coffee Brewing Methods, Coffee: Seed to Cup, and the Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony.
As far as exhibitors related to coffee, the following are also going to present: Black Owl Coffee, Bunn, illy issimo, New York Gourmet Coffee, Jiva Coffee Cubes, Roast Coffee & Tea Trading, Unique Coffee Roasters, HandyBrew, Melitta, Buunni Coffee, and others are still to be announced.
Also, I'm not aware of any coffee festival/event held at the Izod center but there is CoffeeFest held at the Jacob Javits Center.
