Hello there, as a beginner software engineer and fortunately obsessed coffeegeek - I'm in the making of a coffee app and was wondering what everyone would like to see in one. For start it takes in water or coffee, and spits out the corresponding amount to use based off constant values for now. My formulas are essentially based off of Scott Rao's book. I'm implementing a changeable TDS and Extraction Yield that should change the ratio accordingly in a way that the MoJoToGo app does. I have multiple units you can convert back and forth from(grams, ounces, milliliters, cups, tbs), and a brew timer so you never have to leave the app.
Let me know what you think thus far, I plan on making some sort of loading bar type deal that goes with the timer to tell you how long to bloom/pour for pour overs. I'd love and appreciate any input! Also, I'm currently developing it for Windows Phone 8, and soon enough IOS/Android providing it turns out well.
