Subject: hemp with coffee

I opened a store called 'The Hemp Factory' in June of this year and I have been grinding hemp seeds with coffee. People are starting to get really turned on by it. The seeds do stretch the coffee and therefore weakens it for lack of a better word, however, the result is a nutty flavour, plus adding a little of the benefits of the miraculous seeds from hemp.

Hemp seeds contain essential fatty acids, Omega 3, 6, & 9--likely the most nutritious seed in the world, or right up there. Evidence shows improvement in skin rejuvenation, cardiovascular system, and inflammation of the joints. Even though it's only a little amount in the coffee, a little amount is better than no amount at all.

Choose hemp! Try it with coffee

Sounds like a terrible thing to do to good coffee.  But does the target market for a shop like this notice or even care?

At most of the outdoor festivals in Seattle, you will find a stand or two selling hemp coffee and hemp popcorn, of all things.  They never seem to do much business.

As if "hemp coffee" weren't enough....  I was in Ithaca NY a few weeks ago (think of it as combining the best and also the flakiest elements of Portland, Seattle and Berkeley all in one little college town). on the "commons" dowtown, a new cafe was being complete where the Home Dairy restaurant and bakery once resided (their legendary sticky buns are sorely missed).  The new place is a "yerba mate" cafe.  Yes.... only in Ithaca - an entire "yerba mate" house.   Here's the scoop (or a portion of it) on   Yerba Mate

Everything old is new again! Back when I was young, skinny, handsome, and virile, I drank yerba Mate' along with the occasional wheat grass juice. And hemp was a bad thing, it's what you got if you got Burned!

No no no. Already brewed coffee goes in the bottom of the Bong or Waterpipe. You then *roast* the bowl full of hemp...
