Posted Thu Mar 27, 2008, 4:18pm Subject: Need programable time/temp chart or settings for IROAST-2?
I have an IR-2 and have been roasting for some time. I monitor the roast by visual and auditory cues (ie-2nd crack) to determine color and roast. Can anyone offer a suggestion to the programable settings for time / temp. I use a specific one, however, would like to incorporate other setting that were used and were successful. I roast a blend. Appreciate all suggestions. Thanks!
