I am getting my Behmor next week and was wondering if anyone had a good blend or even a SO that would make a good cold press coffee for the summer.

I've been using the Brazilian Moreninha Formosa and I love it!   Roasted just into second crack is my sweet spot.

75% coffee, 25% milk, a lil sugar thrown in, a couple hours in the freezer and done!

i was just about to start this same topic!  there's lots of talk of machines and processes but no bean recommendations.  ive been drinking iced lattes and iced espresso so far and just decided to do this.  i'm going to roast  a batch of ethiopian boldgrain harrar and a batch of indonesian flores bajawa and blend 50/50 and see how that works out.  anyone care to share a process that has worked well--that way we can get some "control" and see what works good for beans...
also, anyone have anything that works bad, let us know!
