Good Evening everyone!

Ive decided after some hesitation to have a go at home roasting but after searching for green beans in the UK, I have no idea where to look! UK websites that I have found charge astronomical amounts of postage and in one case, 0.5 kg of unknown green would cost me over £12. Importing from the USA seems even more expensive. Does anyone know of a good and reasonable supplier who they can recommend to me? I thought home roasting would save me money!

I have found out that "Whittards" sell Raw Green Beans - Guatemala SHB, 500g  for £6.80. Has anyone used them?

I would appreciate any pearls of wisdom on the subject.
Happy Brewing.

Do you know of any local roasters? Maybe they'll sell you some.

Unfortunately not. There seems to be a severe drought of coffee resources in the UK!

I used to buy from Roberts & Co when I was in the UK.

I was happy with them and if you order over a certain amount (30 quid iirc) the shipping's free.
