Hello, looking to place order soon as my stock of green running low. Looking for suggestions on recent arrivals (still available) you have roasted that really stands out as unique or you have gone back to order more. I just finished the Indonesia Flores "jade" and for once I really was able to taste unique flavors as reviewed by Tom. Alas, not avail anymore. Thanks.

I tried a Kenya that tasted like peach. It was great. I also tried all of his 4 star Columbian that were exceptional. I always hated the coffee in Mexico when I was vacationing but tried his new one and really liked it.

Much depends on what you like and what makes a lot of an origin special to you. Reading Toms cupping notes will pretty much tell the story of each lot. Just click on a lot to see full notes. My next order to add to my stash will certainly include some Ethiopia Koratie, Guat Ocana, Brazil Conario. All exceptional IMHO. farm

I ordered 1 lb of Ethiopia Harar Horse from SM and loved it, so I ordered 2 more lbs, and continued to love it. Just ordered 5 lbs which should last me a little while. I highly recommend it ...

For whatever reason, I was able to really nail the ideal roast of the Panama Carmen Estate +1800m in two tries. Luck.
It reminded me of the eye-opening Panamas I tried when I first started roasting in 2001-2002. Stock up on your centrals now while they're fresh, and don't miss Tom's Costa Rican micro lot coffees.

I don't know if I nailed the ideal roast--I went to FC in the Behmor--but I'll second the Carmen Estate. I did my first roast of it last week and after 3 days it was killer. I was very impressed...I love Centrals and this one is special.
