So, the mod bug for roasting has now hit. I just fabricated an exhaust hood for my garage. It's duct-lined so there is little sound to hide 1st and 2nd crack. I re-built a decent blower fan and the setup is really sweet. I'll have a dedicated 20 amp outlet in for the roaster. Since winter is coming and roasting with a door open isn't fun when it's snowing. I'm going down to clean up some of the drywall tonight and will post up a pic soon.
