I was able to get in contact with Sonofrecso via email last night.
They will have a Ontario distributor soon. If I am able to adjust the roast time to get darker roasts. I may add a fuel/flame adjustment to the machine somehow. This way I will have control over the bean color, time and temp. :) Part's wont be hard to get soon. Well see how things go.

A bbq roaster won't work for me. I need something indoor.

I think that as long as I maintained the machine and cleaned it on a regular basis I would not run into any issues. (hopefully). I downloaded the manual and it said it needs daily cleaning to manitain which I am ok with.

Any machine that is in regular commercial use will fail sooner or later and need a significant repair. You will need to have a way to deal with this (besides just hoping it won't happen, I mean).

Yup.. I am going to go with Sonofresco 2lb. I will buy the replacement parts before hand so I just nned to swap them out when they break down.
Within 6 months to a year sales will replace ther machine many times over.
