In order to use Ira's PCB card to log temertures from Thermocouple with k-Plug you need to show your computer where to find the PCB Cards Drivers..
They are in one of these two folders
C:\Program Files\RoasterThing
C:\Program Files(X86)\RoasterThing

You will also need a USB 2.0 A Male to B Male cable
Like this one MonoPrice Has the very best prices on cables for Audio/Video or Computing IMHO

So this is a card but connects using USB 2.0?  I like it...

It sure would beat using a pen and paper... LOL

Here are some Pics of Roaster Thing Graph and Logger in action..
Temps got as high as 640º with beans.. It seems with out beans its a perfect 500º but when you add the curtain of beans temps rise.. I'll have to find a cooler place for probe..

I added another thermo probe..
I now have one on the back bottom and one top middle/back

I have to shorten the lengths of the probes as the bottom on was getting reading as high as 700º+
They are now about 1" long vs 4" when I bought them..
