Hello All, I just found a under roasting problem.. I just have a roast fall short in time and found out why this happened.. I roast on my west facing deck and sun blows out the time read out unless I cup both hands over it and peek through my thumbs.. I just found if I enter my setting top to bottom I get the wrong time length setting.. You need to enter POUND The Profile (P) then A,B,C or D If you enter # D P3 the D will not change for the A setting You have to enter # P3 D NOT # D P3 to get the D time length

Yeah, it's a bed design (controls should flow logically). You'd think working top to bottom would be "the right way".

For all those that know, its not a big deal.. For those that don't know and screw up a roast might be a big deal to them.. Sorry to bother all those Behmor owners in the know that are too busy reading threads with important info on them... Thanks for sharing some other info ..
