Hopefully this isn't too much of a long shot. After several years happy roasting in the USA I've relocated to New Zealand. So far the easy part has been finding a roaster - we just bought a Behmor 1600, which is a bit different from the Freshroast we had before.
Unfortunately, it's a bit harder to find green beans. I can find a few possible sources, but don't know which places have particularly good reputations. I'd love some pointers if anyone has them!

I have been buying beans from John Burton for about 20 years now. The Burton Family has been a well-known name in coffee circles in NZ for probably 40 or 50 years. Well worth contacting John and having a chat.

This is very helpful - thank you!
I haven't figured out whether the mediocrity of our coffee lately is because the beans are poor to begin with or (more likely) because I haven't got the hang of the Behmor!
