I was looking at buying one of these things too. I even contacted the company in Korea to see if I could get it cheaper. The answer is no. Am also looking at the Sonofresco Coffee Roaster. If anyone has comments on that one.

Are you still using your Digirosto Pro?
It has been four years since your series of posts and I am wondering whether your opinion has changed on the roaster? I am looking for a coffee shop roaster to do small daily batches and I notice the green beanery is still selling these machines. Any advice that you might give me?

I am pretty sure the Digirosto has been discontinued. I think Greenbeanery is selling their remaining stock. As for the Sonofresco I have read it's a reliable roaster for an amazing price! Not bad for control due to the fact that it's a fluid bed. (Heated air temp change with the push of a button). I am also looking for a shop roaster. Check out the Solar roasters. Greenbeanery also sells them.
I have read nothing but good things about this roaster. A manual model is available as well. :) If you’re strapped for cash tho the sonofresco would be a good buy too. I just don't wanna mess with propane.
Also keep in mind that with the Sonofresco your roasting by temp sorta in a straight line.. profiling would have to be manual but I'm sure with some DIY you can just add another temp sensor and a PC to get better control.
