Hello everyone,
I'm new on this forum. I want to install a temperature probe on my Cafemino gas roaster in the cooling tray and I want to know where to install the probe for a better reading. Have someone tried this yet?

I haven't, but I've got to ask why you're interested in doing so. It shouldn't take too long for the beans to be cool (well, warm) enough to touch, at which point you'll easily be able to tell when they're room temp. Planning some sort of crazy cooling profiling?

I think thats a great idea, if it were easily implemented on my Quest I would do the same thing. Cooling times are as important as roasting times, and being able to log them seems key. I bet if you do thins you will start seeing treads... and if you do please share them!
