It's the door that covers the vent in the back. Normally it only opens during the cooling process. The other day I was pulling the drum at the end of a roast and it just fell out. I can't honestly say for sure it was ever installed properly. Anyone know how to get it back in? I've got an email to Behmor about it but being the weekend/holidays I'm not expecting an answer too soon. I'd really like to get this fixed. I looked at their site and the manual and there are no "tear down" instructions.

I've heard they're excellent. Part of the reason I chose their roaster and am looking hard at the Brazen. However, considering everything I'm not expecting an answer. If they do I'll be pleasantly suprised. But just being realistic here.
Anyway, I was just hoping somebody here knew how to get the unit apart enough to fix it.

Thats the exhaust, I needed the ones for the intake which is the lower part. I was able to find them and used a bit of copper wire left over from an electrical job and now have it back in. Kind of a PITA but only because I didn't want to completely disassemble the machine. Works great though.
