I am thinking it is time for me to start home roasting. Due to smoke/cost/batch size/limited locations I am seriously considering a behmor 1600. I tend to go through about 8-12 oz of beans a week, light to medium roast, preferably from the America's. would anyone be willing to provide me with a hands on lesson? Thanks Ben
