I don't know which of there's is best for decaf espresso but I do drink a lot of the Donkey and think it's quite good. Often I'll but in one or two other decafs that I have (so its 50-75% Donkey and 25-50% other).
For SO I think the Americas are often not a good choice, but I'm not expert on these topics. I've liked some African decafs as SO espresso.
