hey everyone,
so, I have been looking high and low for a small shop roaster, 2-3 kg, and I cannot find anything close to me and to my budget. I live just outside Toronto, Ontario in Brampton. the only thing remotely close to what I am looking for is a dented sale of a digirosto pro and a solar roaster here ( http://www.greenbeanery.ca/bean/catalog/roasters-c-22.html ).
I am reaching out to this community because you all know more than I do, and because google.ca is not being very useful at all. No company seems to be selling this kind of small roaster without a crazy price tag.
