Subject: Ethiopian Yirgacheffe

I just got 10 lbs of the coffee above to roast in my Behmor.  I would like to roast 12 oz at a time.  I like lighter roasts.  My line voltage is pretty good at right around 120 unloaded.  Can anyone give me some suggestions on some settings to try?  Thanks

For a bean like that I'd try P2 or P3.  You want a gradual roast for the Yirg notes to show well.  Maybe a C+?  P1 will be too aggressive and because your dealing with a hard bean P4-P5 might not be enough.
