You can email directly andrew@ferencz.com and I may be able to help.  I have all of the information but it will depend on your experience ordering PCBs and assembling electromechanical systems.  My unit is still working perfectly.  I roast about 1lb a week for espresso with never a problem.  As I mentioned earlier the roasting is very repeatable now.

Regards,
Andrew

I'm about to order some unstuffed boards of Andrew's design.  If anyone is interested let me know by  December 26th.  I found a board house that will manufacture them for a pretty low price.  The boards are $25 each + a couple $$ for postage so let's say $27.  Realize you would still have to buy the components, stuff the boards and see if Andrew will program the microcontroller for you or get his code if you have a means of programming one.

I realize this is an old thread, and have just received my new Hottop from Sweet Maria's, but I still have my old, semi-trusty Alpenrost, which I would like to repair and give to another aspiring coffee geek. Just need the schematic for the A81102 board.. If anyone would have a copy, or related link, it would be greatly appreciated.
