Subject: Which is the best?

Ok, so for a coffee shop, what is the best coffee machine one can invest in?  I want a large pot (and preferably a machine with a top and bottom burner so while one pot is brewing, another can be kept hot).  What is the best one?  I'm also trying to get an idea on prices so any info there would also be helpful.  Thanks!

I dont think you would want a maker with hot burners, because they do just that, burn coffee. I would look at a good brewer and then invest into top of the line Hot Pot dispensers, the customers will like you for it.
