I had many problems with my Gaggia SS Titanium. Whole latte love refused to make right and they still have my machine while I fight the charge with American Express. I had 3 machines in 4 months, had to pay to send the other back and then they wanted to charge me a return fee for the last one---even though I was willing to buy up(an extra $1000)! Do not buy this machine and do not do business with whole latte love. I gave them a good review--but after they get your money, things change!

Let's see, you've gone through three machines in four months, and you had unspecified problems with all three. Wow, what are the odds of that?!?! I wonder, what's the common denominator in this equation? And now, you're at odds with the seller, so ~28,239 members should just boycott Gaggia and WholeLatteLove based this vague, unsubstantiated complaint in your FIRST post as a member.

We know you are disappointed with Gaggia but now the most beneficial information would be some specifics on exactly why you are disappointed. Going through 3 machines in four months is unusual and, as a professional, sharing your insights into the problems would be a help to many of us. Thanks and best wishes, Bob

Hmmm--Possibly an interesting new thread--possibly not--we may be greeted with silence. I look forward to seeing. Having dealt with Wll in the past,I find it hard to believe that they would take an unreasonable position. It will be enlightening to learn what the poster has to say.

I am supprised by this post. I have a Gaggia Coffee that I got used off of ebay for christmas. blew a thermal fuse a few months ago. WLL was great in figuring out the problem on the phone and providing the parts at little cost. I just bought a Gaggia MDF from them this week and again they were great. I couldn't be happier with both Gaggia and WLL.
