What I did with my Bunn was to buy a deeper "gourmet" funnel and then put a 10-cup swiss gold cone shaped basket inside it. To hold the cone basket upright, I bent two stainless steel, food grade welding rods to make a wire support frame.
I did need to position the cone carefully to ensure that all of the water from the shower head went into the cone. I suppose that I could have cut down a large funnel or drilled out a blank shower head with the holes aimed slightly closer to the center of the funnel to do the same thing.
Very creative! I've considered doing the same. Actually, the 10-12 cup Swiss Gold filter I bought wasn't for commercial Bunn's, so it was actually too small. I'm back on my quest to find the right one. It is VERY HARD to find a commercial Bunn SwissGold (or similar). I think I'll be bending stainless steel wire soon.
