Hey Kyle, I just sent you an email with the .pdf file attatched.
So you know, this is for the steam wand dripping while pulling a shot. It has helped some stop the drip completely and I know it's only reduced the dripping for others, but has made it manageably at only one or two drips per shot. Hope it works for ya.

I am also having the same problem with my machine. I have had it for almost 2 years and now it is leaking all over the place; from the wand and around the coffee. I am not getting a strong enough draw either. I am confused about my machine going bad so soon since it was such a high dollar machine (I only paid $300) retailing for $900 you would think it would last longer. I probably make about 2 drinks a day averaging 14-20 a week. I am looking into getting a Rancillio but I am sad to give this one up because it is so pretty! I would like that pdf also if it can save my machine. Another question too; where can I buy parts to fix my machine?

What do you mean leaking "around the coffee"? Do you mean when pulling a shot it drips around the portafilter? At two years old you might want to think about replacing the group gasket. This is the one you need.
