Any opinions on the “Toddy” cold brew method. Good? Bad?

It really depends on what you are looking for. I have used the toddy in some iced drinks and have on occassion used some of the concentrate to add hot water to for a cup. Both have served well - certainly not a replacement for a fresh presss pot, but has it's place. the process mellow's the acidity of the coffee.

I certainly would not replace my espresso or regular daily brew, but has worked well in the iced drinks and a quick cup by just adding water for a late evening cup.
