I have been roasting and using a Cafe Charisma for a couple of years now. Tonight, my trusty coffee maker seems to have given up the ghost. It is completely unresponsive, no lights, no sounds, nothing.
I have really liked the coffee the unit made. Great rich coffee with excellent crema. So, I am wondering, what would be a good machine to replace it with?
I would probably lean towards a reconditioned machine, like the Charisma when I bought it.
So far, I have identified the Saeco Royal Professional as a potential choice.
