I am trying to decide between the brewers listed above. I want optimal extraction temp. I know the Technivorm is cooler looking, but am curious if anyone has owned both, and can give feedback on whether the T is worth the extra money.
I'd like to be able to brew only about 4 cups at a time, as I drink coffee solo, and more than that makes me jittery. So the ability to brew smaller amounts would be useful.
