I apologise if I'm posting in the wrong area but I seek help with grinding coffee for a French press. I've used Bodum French presses for years, but lately I'm having trouble getting my coffee to taste right. For some time now, it tastes like hot water flavoured with shredded wheat. Adjusting the grind from the most coarse to a lesser course setting doesn't seem to make much of a difference. Also, I just replaced my old Saeco grinder with a Baratza Maestro. The coffee I usually make is either Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee or Italian dark roast from Trader Joe's. Obviously, I'm doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello. You mention you have been using the bodum presses for years, but just lately you are having the issues. What exactly did you change to cause this Spatial Anomaly? Do you think it was the switch to the Baratza Maestro? And if so, do you think the Baratza has a Quantum Singularity in it?
A tip of the hat to Zippy.
